Little America RV Park, near Green River and Rock Springs, Wyo., is set to open on July 1 and is now accepting reservations, according to an email sent out on Thursday (June 9).
Featuring 40 sites, including back-in and pull-through spots, the RV park provides a host of hotel-like amenities including marble showers, three onsite dining options, a heated outdoor pool, a kid’s playground, a fitness center and a 24-hour convenience store.
Offering easy access to iconic attractions, Little America RV Park is an ideal home base for those looking to explore Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area, Fossil Butte National Monument and Dinosaur National Monument – all located within a two-hour drive, noted the release.
“Travelers can spend the day whitewater rafting and fishing or fossil hunting and hiking before retreating to the roadside oasis for Little America’s famous .75 cent ice cream cones,” states the release. “From Little America, RVers can continue their journey through the Cowboy State to explore Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park located a few hours north.”
