The Twin Falls/Jerome KOA Holiday (Twin Falls, Idaho) campground is undergoing a series of upgrades before its scheduled April opening, with crews working on infrastructure improvements, landscaping and new amenities, according to KMVT.
Phillip Mazur, owner of the Twin Falls-Jerome KOA Holiday campground, said the work includes storm cleanup, seeding, pool preparation, and opening the gift shop.
“After all the high winds and everything, there are kind of branches and things that fall, and there’s lots of stuff to grow,” Mazur said. “We have to plant a lot of seed. We have new patio sites in the back, we need to plant some clover for and so forth — lots of cleanup, opening the pool, opening the gift shop, tons of stuff.”
A patio site expansion project has been underway since November. The work included adding sewer connections, 50-amp electrical service, and private yard spaces to sites in the back of the park.
