An RV park and campground with rental homes within sight of Loon Lake in the Adirondacks (N.Y.) sold this spring for $1.46 million, according to the Albany Business Review.
Loon Lake RV Park, across Route 8/9 from the Loon Lake public beach, was sold on March 30, according to a deed filed in Warren County last week.
Loon Lake RV Park LLC sold the property at 5408 Route 8 in Chestertown, and Timothy Beadnell signed the deed.
The buyers are 5408 State Route 8 LLC and the mortgage was signed by Matthew Johnson. The transaction was seller-financed.
