Located in the heart of northern Michigan, the Bear Lake/Manistee KOA Holiday offers a peaceful retreat between the shores of Lake Michigan and the Huron-Manistee National Forest. Just minutes from the scenic M-22 highway, the campground provides a great home base for exploring Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, downtown Manistee, nearby beaches, hiking trails and countless outdoor adventures.

The Bear Lake/Manistee KOA Holiday features spacious RV sites with water, electric and sewer hookups, with all modern sites expected to offer full water, electric and sewer service by the end of the summer season. A limited number of rustic campsites will remain available for guests seeking a more traditional camping experience. Visitors can also enjoy a bounce pillow, a newly renovated playground, an in-ground swimming pool and themed family activities throughout the camping season. Under the new ownership, the campground will continue investing in amenities while helping drive tourism to the surrounding communities.
Located at 16632 Pleasanton Hwy (US 31) in Bear Lake, the Bear Lake/Manistee KOA Holiday is open May 1 to Oct. 15, 2026.
