‘Camping in Ontario’ to Host Annual Conv. Nov. 19-22

Camping in Ontario’s annual convention gives park owners an opportunity to learn about industry changes and trends.

Camping in Ontario is set to host its annual Convention and Camp-Ex from Nov. 19-22 at the Waterfront Holiday Inn in Kingston, Ontario. This year’s theme will be New Era, New Us.

“We know from stats that we are beginning a massive change in the camping industry: the Gen X & Boomer generations camping [ages 43 +] dropped by 22%, a record-breaking number of new immigrants to Canada in 2022, and the impacts of higher interest rates. Only together, with the right knowledge and tools can we ride this wave of change to success,” stated information from Camping in Ontario. “We understand how challenging it is to adapt a business model that has been successful for you for decades. But, as we welcome this new era of diversity and a younger customer base, changes will need to be made to your business to maintain revenue and campers. That is why this year’s convention theme, New Era, New Us, will help bridge those knowledge gaps and give your business the tools for success.”

The conference will feature keynote speeches and educational sessions led by leaders in the industry. There will also be a large expo.
