RV dealership leaders will share how philanthropy and community involvement can strengthen dealership teams, workplace culture and customer relationships during “Leading With Purpose: How Philanthropy Builds Stronger Dealerships” at the 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, according to a press release.

The session will take place Thursday, November 12, from 8-9 a.m. at Paris Las Vegas. The room will be announced through the convention schedule and MyShowAPP.

The panelists, listed alphabetically by last name, are:

  • Randy Bowling, Owner, Bowling RV
  • Dania Filippetto, Owner, Rangeland RV
  • Ben Hirsch, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Owner, Campers Inn RV
  • Lexi Roberts, Dealership Coordinator, Long View RV Superstores

Jenna Berneck, executive director of the Care Camps Foundation, will moderate the discussion.

Employees and customers increasingly want to support businesses that lead with purpose. During the session, panelists will share real examples of how charitable involvement has helped their dealerships engage employees, strengthen workplace culture, connect with customers, and make a meaningful difference in their communities.

“Writing a check builds a reputation. Building a system of giving builds a culture,” said Hirsch. “We put it in payroll with a company match.  And it happens every two weeks whether anyone’s thinking about it that day. That’s the part other dealers can copy at any size.”

The discussion will explore how dealerships of different sizes can select causes, involve employees, build community partnerships, and create charitable programs that are realistic and sustainable.

“Dealerships do not need a large team or a complicated program to make a meaningful impact,” said Filippetto. “The most important step is choosing something that reflects your values and giving employees a way to be part of it.”

Attendees will leave with practical ideas they can adapt for their own dealerships, including ways to begin a community initiative, encourage employee participation, connect philanthropy with dealership culture, and grow their involvement over time.

“Leading With Purpose: How Philanthropy Builds Stronger Dealerships” is available to registered attendees of the 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo. Attendees may add the session to their agenda through the MyShowAPP, but advance registration is not required. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo will take place Nov. 9–13 at Paris Las Vegas.
