It’s no accident that a country star is developing a “luxury tiny home resort” near an Alabama military base, according to AL.com.
Darryl Worley’s “Awful Beautiful Life” Luxury Tiny Home Resort is scheduled to open late this spring in Enterprise, according to promotional information. It’ll feature 75 tiny homes, a resort lagoon pool, a fitness center, a pickleball court and other amenities.
It takes its name from “Awful, Beautiful Life,” a 2004 single that was one of Worley’s three No. 1 country hits. It’s a song that celebrates the value of life despite its ups and downs. Worley said the vision for the development originated with Ronney Gilley, a developer who’s had his share of those.
“I won’t forget getting that phone call from my dear friend Ronnie Gilley as he shared this incredible vision last year,” said Worley. “I’ve done lots of good things with Ronnie, but this one sparked something in me as I knew we could help the families of those stationed at Fort Rucker.”
