The 2026 CARVC Conference & Expo will be held Sunday, Feb. 1 through Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2026 at the Embassy Suites at Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach, S.C., bringing together campground owners and operators from the Carolinas, Tennessee, Virginia and Georgia, along with top campground industry suppliers.

Why Attend?

The 2026 CARVC Conference & Expo is the must-attend event for RV and outdoor hospitality professionals, offering:

  • NFPA 1194 Pre-Session Training – Gain essential knowledge to navigate regulatory challenges.
  • Keynote Speaker – Ken Corbin, best-selling author of 8 books on sales growth, leadership, and business strategy, will present an address entitled, “Elevating the Customer from King to Emperor.”
  • 8-plus Educational Sessions – Featuring industry experts on trends, operations, marketing, and profitability.
  • Unmatched Networking Opportunities – Connect with decision-makers and vendors driving innovation.
  • Expo Hall showcasing the latest products and services in the outdoor hospitality industry.

“This year’s conference promises to deliver exceptional value for attendees,” said Dee Witting, executive director of CARVC. “We’ve invited the industry’s leading experts to conduct hands-on workshops, and the vendor connections will prove there is something for everyone who is passionate about growing their business and  elevating the camping experience.”

Attendees who register by Dec. 13 will lock in discounted early bird rates and secure their spot before registration prices increase.
