The speaker lineup for the 2026 RV Industry Power Breakfast is taking shape, and officials are pleased to announce that Toby O’Rourke, president and CEO of Kampgrounds of America Inc. (KOA), will again be taking the stage.
A familiar face on the Power Breakfast stage, O’Rourke will be highlighting some of the key takeaways from the 2026 Camping & Outdoor Hospitality Report, an annual survey that provides essential insights into the outdoor and hospitality sectors.
Toby O’Rourke
O’Rourke’s presentation is always one of the highlights of the RV Industry Power Breakfast, and organizers are pleased she will again return to the stage for the event, which this year will be the morning of May 21 at the Northern Indiana Event Center on the campus of the RV/MH Hall of Fame in Elkhart, Ind.
As president and CEO, O’Rourke oversees KOA, the world’s largest branded system of campgrounds with over 500 franchised and company-owned locations across North America. The company also owns Terramor Outdoor Resorts, a glamping venture with a flagship property in Maine.
Since joining KOA in 2011, O’Rourke has helped push KOA to be at the forefront of industry change and modernization, fueled by her unique professional experience in digital marketing, brand management, technology consulting, business architecture and software development.
Before assuming the CEO position, she served as the company’s Chief Operations Officer and Sr. Vice President of Marketing. Before KOA, she held positions in consumer product goods at WhiteWave Foods and Sara Lee Corporation and consulting at Deloitte and STA Group.
O’Rourke has a master’s degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame. She currently is a member of or has served on the boards of the RV Industry Association (RVIA), the Care Camps Advisory Council, the Outdoor CEO Council and the OHI Business Forum.
She lives in Billings, Mont., with her husband and their children. She and her family enjoy hiking, fishing, visiting national parks — and of course, camping.
