RVers can now purchase acreage on private land in Arizona’s La Paz Valley, six miles south of Quartzsite.
KOFA CREST is selling private acreage for RVers with amenities focused on more space to enjoy friends and family “outside the RV,” according to James Kunisch, who is marketing the property.
“This is a new concept in the RV lifestyle,” Kunisch said. “These are not RV spaces or lots, but parcels from 1.6 acres to as large as 7 acres.”
Kunisch added that each parcel is outfitted with an RV cover, studio buildings for hospitality, storage, a bathroom and laundry facilities. Personalized upgrades are also available.
Kunisch said there is no limit to the customization owners can make. He said the size of the acreage purchased allows RVers to add a tiny home, or even a bardominium, to suit their seasonal home-away-from-home.
“For the beginning of the upcoming season, we will have several offerings ranging from $280,000 to as high as $760,000,” Kunisch said.
KOFA CREST is surrounded by Bureau of Land Management land that can never be developed, affording pristine views. The project is close to the Arizona Peace Trail and the Colorado River, as well as Interstate 10, which provides convenient access to Phoenix and Palm Springs.
“There’s a growing number of RVers wanting access to wide open spaces with all the conveniences,” said Kunisch, “and this is what makes KOFA CREST the perfect complement to the RV lifestyle.”
