The town of Bradford (Maine) has issued a 180-day moratorium on building new rooming houses, shelters and campgrounds, according to WGME.
This comes after a nonprofit bought 35 acres of land in the town and started construction on what they describe as an affordable housing complex.
The town says the moratorium will allow them to review new regulations concerning the project.
