OHI’s Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE) is bringing back one of its most sought-after experiences: the Hosted Buyer Program. This exclusive program connects RV park and campground decision-makers with the industry’s top suppliers through curated one-on-one meetings, while providing buyer attendees with waived registration, according to a press release.
For Hosted Buyer attendees, the OHI members who are purchasing decision makers, the program offers unmatched value: free OHCE registration ($599 value), VIP Expo Hall access, and dedicated networking opportunities. In exchange, Hosted Buyers commit to at least six pre-scheduled meetings with exhibitors that align with their business needs.
It’s a streamlined way to discover the products and services that matter most to their business, noted the release.
While all attendees have access to the expo floor at OHCE, Hosted Buyers have exclusive and dedicated one-on-one time with exhibitors to ask their questions and demo products on a more intimate level.
“There’s no better way to test your connection with a supplier than a face-to-face meeting,” explained the release. “The Hosted Buyer Program provides unmatched value on both sides of the table.”
Hosted Buyer Exhibitors get face time with the RV park and campground owners who are their potential customers. They enjoy prime booth placement, a complimentary Full Registration – Hosted Buyer pass, and a top-tier schedule of meetings with qualified decision-makers. There is no limit to the number of meetings Hosted Buyer Exhibitors can have, making the program an easy way to maximize ROI and build lasting relationships, highlighted the release.
Appointments are scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 11, during dedicated early hours, so both buyers and exhibitors can fully participate in OHCE’s packed agenda of breakout sessions, networking, and celebrations.

Spots in the Hosted Buyer Program are limited. Buyers and exhibitors must be active OHI members to participate. Each RV park or campground organization is eligible for one Hosted Buyer attendee registration and may bring one additional paid attendee to participate in their scheduled meetings. Exhibitors should secure booths early to guarantee placement in this program.
