This is the last call for regular pricing to OHI‘s Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo, which is set to take place from Nov. 9-11 in Fort Worth, Texas. On Oct. 1, full conference registration for OHI members jumps from $649 to $899, and Expo Hall Access passes climb from $229 to $259.

Whether you’re entering the outdoor hospitality industry, leading an established operation, managing day-to-day park operations or looking for fresh ideas to strengthen your business, OHCE 2026 offers practical education designed to meet you where you are.

With more than 40 educational sessions, attendees can build a personalized agenda based on their role, experience level, park size, interests and business goals. This year’s program covers the topics shaping the future of outdoor hospitality – from AI and emerging technology to revenue growth, finance, leadership, marketing, guest experience and operational excellence – delivering proven strategies and actionable tools attendees can put to work immediately.

“We built this year’s education lineup to help campground owners and operators solve real business challenges,” said Renata Winters, OHI’s director of projects & member programs. “Every session is designed to deliver practical ideas attendees can apply immediately. Whether it’s increasing profitability, leading stronger teams, embracing AI, or improving the guest experience, the focus is on strategies that make a real difference.”

Beyond the classroom, OHCE creates opportunities to connect, celebrate, and strengthen the outdoor hospitality community.

Highlights include the Awards of Excellence Luncheon, recognizing innovation and outstanding achievement across parks of all sizes; the Diamonds & Denim Welcome Reception, celebrating OHI’s 60th birthday with an evening of networking, entertainment, Texas-sized hospitality and armadillo races; and the Trends & Insights Panel, where industry leaders explore the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of outdoor hospitality.

This year, the OHCE Expo features more exhibit hours than ever before, giving attendees additional time to explore the latest products and services, meet with industry suppliers and partners, and participate in Hosted Buyer Meetings. With breakfast, lunch, receptions and networking events included throughout the conference, attendees will have countless opportunities to build meaningful industry relationships.

The event officially concludes with the Neon Rodeo closing reception, where attendees will celebrate a successful conference with dinner, live music, line dancing, a mechanical bull, roping and even a Texas Longhorn!

On Thursday, Nov. 12, the post-event experience includes an OHCE Take Away Tour (additional fee applies), offering an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at two standout Texas properties: Camp Quitcherbichin (Camp QYB) in Runaway Bay and The Vineyards Campground & Cabins in Grapevine.

Attendees will hear directly from park owners and staff about the strategies and decisions driving their success. Transportation, lunch, and an optional airport shuttle are included.
