The Pennsylvania Campground Owners Association (PCOA) is excited to announce that the room block for its upcoming 2025 PCOA Convention & Trade Show, scheduled for Dec. 8–11, at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in the Pocono Mountains, has officially sold out. Due to the overwhelming response and high demand, PCOA has worked closely with Kalahari to secure additional rooms for attendees and a few extra days to reserve, according to a press release.
“We are thrilled by the incredible enthusiasm and early response from our members and industry partners,” said Jason Vaughan, executive director of PCOA. “The fact that our initial room block sold out so quickly is a clear sign of the strength and excitement within Pennsylvania’s camping and outdoor hospitality industry. We can’t wait to bring everyone together for what promises to be one of our most dynamic conventions yet.”
The PCOA Convention & Trade Show brings together campground owners, operators and industry suppliers for four days of education, networking and celebration. This year’s event will feature a full lineup of educational seminars, an expansive trade show, special networking events, and the latest industry updates — all under one roof at Kalahari’s world-class convention center.
