RJourney becomes the latest major operator turning to Hipcamp to strengthen distribution, following Sun Outdoors, Blue Water Development, and Spacious Skies Campgrounds in North America, and Ingenia, NRMA, and Hampshire Holidays in Australia — signaling a broader shift toward online travel agents (OTAs) as an always-on distribution channel.
That momentum is underpinned by Hipcamp’s audience reach: In 2025, 18 million unique campers visited hipcamp.com, and 75% of Hipcamp’s audience is under 55, making it a powerful discovery and booking channel for operators looking to expand visibility, particularly among younger travelers.
