On Monday (July 20) night, potentially a tornado struck O.B. Fuller Park in Bark River (Mich.), according to uppermichigansource.com.
Park camper Tim Rector said the camper next to him was lifted in the air and landed several inches from its original location.
“It was unreal. The wind picked up and came out of the east, and it all of a sudden just switched and came out of the west and everything just started going down, down, down. Trees were falling everywhere; our campers were rocking,” Rector said.
Fortunately, no residents or pets were injured. While a few camper trailers were damaged, park cabins and two new playgrounds were untouched.
