According to a company announcement, the site provides customers a user-friendly shopping experience that is “simple to navigate and a safe and secure location to purchase products online including commercial playground equipment, park benches, picnic tables, dog park equipment, outdoor fitness equipment and more.”
“Over the last year, our customers have requested a quick, easy way to order products online,” said Brian Gates, vice president of sales. “While we acknowledge many projects require personal attention and customization, which we have been providing our customers for more than forty years, some projects are much simpler and can be completed online via credit card transaction.”
In addition to the website launch, MRC Recreation is also active within the social media community. Beyond popular channels such as Facebook and Twitter, the company is heavily focused on image sharing website Flickr and popular video platform YouTube.
