Scholarship applications for OHI’s 2026 George O’Leary National School of Outdoor Hospitality are due by Aug. 29, according to an email sent out by the association.
Scholarship covers the cost of a full registration and a $500 travel stipend. It does not include room and board.
The 2026 George O’Leary National School of Outdoor Hospitality will be held February 22–27 at Oglebay Resort in Wheeling, W.Va.
The George O’Leary National School of Outdoor Hospitality offers a premier, in-person learning experience designed for outdoor hospitality professionals.
Year 1 – Outdoor Hospitality Manager (OHM)
- Marketing your guest experience
- SOPs that improve consistency and service
- Hiring, employee training, and leadership
- Risk management and ADA awareness
Year 2 – Outdoor Hospitality Professional (OHP)
- Advanced marketing analysis
- Employment law and strategic staffing
- Budgeting for growth and understanding ROE
- Long-term infrastructure, conservation, and ethics
Recipients will be announced on Monday, Nov. 10.
